Steel Tape Armored Aluminum Alloy Cables: Applicable to 600V~35kV voltage class; Applicable to dry or moist places below 90o C; Can be installed indoors or outdoors, vertically or laid with brackets or along the walls, the minimum bending radius is 7 times of the outer diameter, which can be bent 360 degrees; Applicable to the places of civil, commercial, industrial, large venues, entertainment venues, mine, subway, and all levels of dangerous areas, etc.

Description of Products

Product Properties
The conductors adopt 8000 series conductors introduced from company, with high creep resistance, high flexibility, high elongate, high tensile strength, connected safely and stably.
 

The insulations adopt 90º C XLPE, which have good physical properties and resistances to heat and age, effectively reduce the insulation thickness, and do not release the corrosive gas and toxic gas when burning. Environmental characteristics comply with modern fire safety requirements.

 

Armored layers use high strength double steel tapes and can bear great pressure.
 

Sheathing layers adopt environmental protection anti-radiation PVC, with excellent corrosion resistance, and can be used more widely.

Application Requirements

Can be laid in indoors, outdoors, pipes, wire grooves, cable trenches, etc. Can be installed in the dry or moist places, can be buried in the loose soil or cement.

0.6/1kV、3.6/6kV、6/10kV、8.7/15kV、12/20kV、 18/30kV、21/35kV、26/35kV
 

Attn: According to users’ requirements, the company can produce low smoke halogen-free, flame-retardant and fire-resistant, heat-resistant and low-resistant cables. Flame- retardant and fire-resistant cables can reach flame-retardant IA grade, fire-resistant I grade, complying with GB/T19666-2005. Flame-retardant cables add "ZR" before the original model. Fire-resistant cables add “NH” before the original model. Low smoke halogen-free, flame-resistant and fire-resistant cables add "WDZN" before the original model.
